The Arizona Trappers Association has set up a fundraiser site to help the family of a firefighter who was killed in the Arizona wildfire last month — Turbyfill Family Fundraiser.
Travis Turbyfill, 27, was one of 19 elite Granite Mountain Hotshots who died on Sunday, June 30 while fighting the deadly Yarnell Hill Fire in central Arizona outside of Prescott. He is survived by his wife, Stephanie, and their two daughters, Brynley and Brooklyn.
Turbyfill, who was an avid trapper, was a member of the Arizona Trappers Association and a Trapper & Predator Caller subscriber.
