SECRETARY’S REPORT

Our Board of Directors met Nov. 1 at Bill Lewis’ home in Lizton. We talked about the ISTA/FBU banquet coming up in February of next year, our fur sale at Peru in January and our next year’s convention Sept. 19 and 20.

We have commitments for at least four guns and several other prizes for the banquet.

We had 32 students at the Salomonie Reservoir trapping education weekend. We have been asked by another property manager to put on a weekend camp at a southern location next year.

We will be purchasing two guns to raffle off next year with the winners to be drawn at the convention. We will also be doing a couple of gun raffles during the year as time permits.

Next year, we will be giving out two $750 scholarships so please see our Web site for the details.
